1. Using the marketplace

PakistanMart is an online marketplace that connects independent local sellers with buyers in Pakistan and nearby areas. You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.

2. Orders and pricing

• Product prices, descriptions, and availability are set by the seller and may change.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed once accepted by the seller.
• We support cash on delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Sellers

Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, pricing, and fulfilment. Sellers must follow our seller policy and applicable laws. Registering a store is free; certain fees may apply as described in the seller policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, post unlawful or counterfeit items, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

PakistanMart acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we work to keep the marketplace trustworthy, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.
